Sensha-Ya Hand Car Wash sends loyalty text messages to customers who sign up. Messages include a one-time confirmation, a reminder when you are close to a free wash on our stamp card, and the occasional update or offer.
You can sign up on the iPad at our store after entering your phone number for our loyalty stamp card. Signing up is optional and is not required to make a purchase. After you sign up, we send one confirmation text. You only receive other messages after you reply YES.
No more than 2 text messages per month.
Sensha-Ya does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT, or ask us in store. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
What we collect: your mobile phone number; a record of your sign-up (the date and time,and the exact wording you agreed to); your loyalty stamp count and visit history; and a log of the messages we send you and your replies.
How we use it: only to run our loyalty program and send you the messages described above.
Sharing: we do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or text sign-up information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We use trusted service providers to send messages and host our systems (for example, our texting provider). They process this information only on our behalf, and it may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States.
How long we keep it: while you are in the program. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record of that request so we can honour it.
Your rights: you can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by calling (604) 278-7869 or asking us in store. We handle personal information in line with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
